Delivery Guidelines

Delivery Fee

  • Our delivery charge is a standard AUD$9.90(local suburbs only, please call us for a quote if you are outside our local suburbs). Unlike other florists, we don’t build the delivery fee into the price of your flowers, so you know exactly what you are paying for. Our delivery fee is added to your order at the checkout.
  • If your order is urgent or you are unsure as to when your flowers will be delivered, please make sure you contact us via email or phone, so we are aware of your priority requirements.
  • Should you have special delivery instructions, please ensure you advise us when placing your order. When ordering online, we have provided you with a “Special Instructions” box so that you can do so.

Guarantee

  • We guarantee your order will be delivered provided you have supplied the correct address information.
  • In the event you need to cancel your order prior to the day of the delivery, a $5.00 cancellation fee will apply. In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled on the day of the delivery.

Weekday Deliveries

  • IMPORTANT: All orders received by 1:00:00 PM VIC time will be delivered the same day if requested.
  • All orders received after 1:00:00 PM VIC time will be delivered the next working day.

Saturday Deliveries

  • Orders received before 1:00:00 PM VIC time on Saturdays will be delivered the same day.
  • Orders received after the daily cut-off will be delivered the following WORKING day.

Delivery Timing

  • For deliveries outside ourstandard delivery times specified above, in the event that our staff cannotcontact you, our staff will decide for you the best time for sending yourflowers. This may be before or after the requested date to ensure that yourflowers are received at the most suitable time. All orders received after thecut off times are not guaranteed to be delivered same day.
  • Deliveries to commercial &business addresses will be made during business hours. Deliveries toresidential addresses MAY be made outside business hours, as this is generallythe most convenient time for the recipient.
  • If you have any furtherquestions regarding our delivery policies detailed above, don’t hesitate tocontact us.
  • IMPORTANT:Due to the high volume of orders we receive, requests for exact delivery timesor small “windows of time” cannot be accommodated.

Substitution Policy

While every effort is made to ensure the product and colour selected will be used, circumstances may arise due to seasonal availability where containers and flower colours and varieties may be substituted with that of the same or higher value and suitability. If the contents vary dramatically the customer will be notified for permission to substitute.

Refund Policy

We will re deliver an item if a complaint is made within the first 24 hours of delivery.  We will be happy to refund if customer is not satisfied with the flower arrangement.
